I began collecting Jaromir Jagr cards back in 1996 or so. In January of 2019, after lots of ups and downs in the hobby, after lots of refocusing my Jagr collection, I decided I was done with hockey cards. I had simply run my course with them, mail wasn't as fun, and so on. Out of the thousands of Jagr cards in my collection over the years, I decided to keep just handful. The others I sold off (unfortunately before the Jagr market exploded in 2020...), but at least they went to some other Jagr collectors. At the time I was also in the middle of finishing off the Jagr Years set from 18-19 UD Series 1, so I did decide to complete that as a fitting end to my collection. Then my collecting gene took back over and I started picking up Jagr inserts again. So yes, it goes full circle. While I am not picking up just any card these days, I just grab what I like.
